How credits work

1 credit analyses up to 1,000 comments or about 60,000 tokens, whichever comes first. Credits refresh monthly and don't roll over. The side panel shows the cost before anything is sent, and you're only charged when the whole brief arrives.

ThreadAnalysed asCredits
A 300-comment thread1 chunk1
1,001 comments2 chunks (1,000 + 1)2
5,000 comments5 chunks, then merged5
1,000 very long comments (over 60,000 tokens)split by length2

Free briefs don't use credits: you get 3 a month, each covering the 300 top-scored comments.

Refunds

  • First subscription payment: full refund within 14 days, no questions.
  • 7-day pass: refund within 7 days if you used fewer than 10 credits.
  • Annual plans aren't refundable after 14 days, but you can turn off renewal and keep access until the year ends.

AI briefs
